Overview

Oracle is seeking a Sr Principal Technical Account Representative (TAM) in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, to serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer accounts. In this role, you will drive customer success by optimizing Oracle Cloud solutions, resolving complex technical issues, and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and applications.
  • Develop and execute tailored adoption strategies to maximize customer ROI on Oracle solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as needed.
  • Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and best practices sessions for customers.
  • Monitor account health metrics and provide regular executive-level reports and recommendations.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new Oracle features and capabilities to customer roadmaps.
  • Mentor junior TAMs and contribute to regional technical account management best practices.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical account management, pre-sales, or customer success roles.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS, or PaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts in the AR/LATAM region.
  • Strong technical skills in cloud computing, networking, security, and database technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
