You will align priorities across teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive end-to-end execution of complex AI accelerator and hardware solutions. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of AI Infrastructure Innovation projects.
• Align priorities and resources across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scopes and timelines.
• Drive innovation in AI accelerators and next-generation hardware solutions.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure on-time delivery of complex products.
• Develop and track program metrics, KPIs, and roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Foster partnerships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead technical reviews and provide strategic guidance on AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical program management, with 5+ years in AI/ML or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex technical programs.
• Deep expertise in AI hardware, accelerators, or distributed systems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
