Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sr Program Manager - Compliance Content Development with deep experience in cloud compliance and exceptional communication skills to manage compliance and security-related engagements for Oracle Cloud customers. This role involves overseeing questionnaires, audits, and customer meetings while developing high-impact security and compliance content for internal awareness events and client interactions. As a key player in our compliance team, you will ensure Oracle Cloud meets the highest standards of regulatory adherence and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end compliance engagements for Oracle Cloud customers, including responding to security questionnaires, facilitating audits, and coordinating stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and deliver compelling security and compliance content for internal awareness programs, training sessions, and customer-facing presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, engineering, and sales, to align compliance strategies with business objectives.
• Track and report on compliance program metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct gap analyses on compliance frameworks and recommend enhancements to Oracle Cloud security controls.
• Prepare and present compliance documentation, evidence packages, and audit reports to customers and regulators.
• Foster strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to address compliance concerns proactively.
• Drive content development initiatives for marketing materials, whitepapers, and webinars focused on cloud security best practices.
• Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes (e.g., GDPR, SOC, HIPAA) and integrate updates into Oracle's compliance programs.
• Mentor junior team members on compliance processes and content creation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or program management within cloud or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven track record managing customer compliance engagements, including questionnaires, audits, and evidence collection.
• Strong understanding of cloud compliance frameworks such as SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with compliance tools and platforms (e.g., GRC systems, audit management software).

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or PMP.
• Experience in content development for security awareness training or customer enablement programs.
• Prior experience working in a cloud service provider environment, ideally with hyperscale providers.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security features and compliance controls.
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) for compliance reporting.
