Position Overview
What You’ll Do Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Oracle Health Federal Consulting associates Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through onboarding requirements and addressing questions or concerns Partner with internal teams to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of compliance, access, and security steps Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and proactively escalate risks or delays Develop and communicate clear onboarding instructions, status updates, and reminders to associates and stakeholders Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements to support scale and efficiency Provide mentorship and oversight to junior team members supporting onboarding coordination Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadershipA fully competent project management professional who has a broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices.
