Position Overview

Oracle is seeking a dynamic Sr Services Sales Rep for Customer Success Services (CSS) in North America, focused on the Retail sector. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by selling Oracle's premium Customer Success Services to key Retail accounts, helping clients maximize the value of their Oracle investments. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and close complex deals that enhance customer retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify opportunities within assigned Retail accounts to drive CSS service adoption and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to Retail industry challenges, such as omnichannel optimization and customer experience enhancement
  • Collaborate with Oracle account executives, solution engineers, and partners to build comprehensive service proposals
  • Conduct discovery sessions with Retail executives to uncover pain points and demonstrate ROI of CSS offerings
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure multi-year service commitments
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with Retail C-level leaders to expand service footprints
  • Track sales pipeline using Salesforce, providing accurate forecasts and insights to leadership
  • Leverage industry knowledge to create customized demos and presentations highlighting CSS value
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for CSS Retail bookings
  • Participate in industry events and contribute to thought leadership on Retail digital transformation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success in services sales
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas in a complex sales environment
  • Strong understanding of the Retail industry, including trends in e-commerce, supply chain, and customer analytics
  • Experience selling professional services, managed services, or consulting solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales forecasting methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within North America

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Oracle products or services, particularly in Cloud or Customer Success domains
  • Deep knowledge of Retail-specific technologies like POS systems, ERP, or CRM platforms
  • MBA or advanced degree in a business-related field
  • Proven success in consultative selling within Fortune 500 Retail accounts
  • Existing network of contacts in the North American Retail sector
