Overview

We are seeking a driven and analytical Sr Technical Program Manager - Operations with 5-7 years of experience in high-growth technology businesses. You will manage complex, cross-organizational programs impacting product and business, driving results at scale with cross-functional teams toward unified goals. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operations programs across large organizations, aligning teams to a north star vision.
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex initiatives impacting product and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to resolve blockers and accelerate delivery.
• Define program roadmaps, metrics, and success criteria to ensure scalable results.
• Identify risks, prioritize ruthlessly, and mitigate issues proactively.
• Facilitate executive-level reviews and communications on program status and achievements.
• Build processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency at scale.
• Mentor junior TPMs and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.

• 5-7 years of Technical Program Management experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to influence engineering teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional ownership mindset, high judgement, and bias for action.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across all levels.
• Experience with operations, product launches, or enterprise-scale initiatives.
