Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs for strategic cloud initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Drive technical roadmaps for GPU scaling and next-gen OCI product enablement.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to resolve complex technical blockers.
• Define program metrics, track progress, and provide executive-level reporting.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
• Foster clarity and alignment across global, distributed teams.
• Influence organizational processes to improve program efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in cloud infrastructure or AI/ML domains.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, GPUs, or cloud computing.
• Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
