An experienced clinical professional with broad understanding of practices and solutions, guiding customers through change processes to achieve key performance indicators for electronic health record (EHR) adoption across services. Responsible for driving successful EHR implementation, optimization, and user adoption in healthcare settings. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable clinical and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through EHR adoption change management to meet defined KPIs.
• Assess clinical workflows and recommend optimized EHR configurations.
• Conduct training sessions and provide hands-on support for end-users.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on EHR implementation goals.
• Monitor adoption metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex clinical issues and escalate to technical teams as needed.
• Develop customized clinical content and documentation for client needs.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support customer success.

Qualifications

• RN, NP, MD, or equivalent clinical degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven expertise in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health).
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare regulations (HIPAA).
• Excellent consulting, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
