Overview
Staff Clinical Consultants at Oracle drive clients through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflows, and successful adoption to achieve maximum value. They collaborate closely with healthcare organizations to implement Oracle Health solutions that optimize patient care and operational efficiency. This role requires deep clinical expertise and a passion for leveraging technology to transform healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead clients through the design and configuration of clinical and business processes using Oracle Health platforms.
- Develop and optimize solution workflows to align with client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and change management success.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for clinical system implementation.
- Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation optimization.
- Drive measurable outcomes in clinical efficiency, patient safety, and financial performance.
Qualifications
- RN, PharmD, MD, or equivalent clinical background with 5+ years in healthcare IT.
- Proven experience implementing EHR/EMR systems such as Oracle Health, Epic, or Cerner.
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, HL7 FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Excellent consulting skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States.
