Overview

Oracle is seeking an experienced Staff Clinical Consultant to guide customers through the change process for adopting electronic health records (EHR) across services. The role focuses on achieving defined key performance indicators related to EHR adoption. This position requires a broad understanding of clinical practices and solutions in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through EHR adoption change management to meet KPIs.
• Assess current clinical workflows and recommend optimization strategies.
• Provide hands-on training and support for EHR system implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service integration.
• Monitor adoption metrics and develop improvement action plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and change readiness assessments.
• Deliver best practice guidance on clinical documentation and compliance.
• Support ongoing optimization and troubleshooting post-go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory settings.
• Proven expertise in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health).
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
