Overview

Associates will join the Production Support team as Support Analysts for critical banking applications. The role involves providing production support, working closely with Level 2 teams and infrastructure groups to ensure high system availability. This position demands proactive issue resolution and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 production support for mission-critical banking applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in real-time to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Level 2 teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Monitor system performance and health using Oracle tools and dashboards.
• Perform proactive maintenance and implement system improvements.
• Work with infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident post-mortems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle production support for banking applications.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database (12c/19c), PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
