Overview

As a Staff Consultant - L3 Support Analyst, you will own high-priority incidents for OFSAA implementations, providing technical leadership and permanent solutions post go-live. You will lead root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance stability of critical financial systems for global banks. This highly visible role demands strong hands-on expertise in OFSAA, Oracle technologies, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of high-priority application incidents and drive them to resolution.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for complex production issues in OFSAA environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems across Oracle technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to support teams during critical incidents.
• Develop and implement permanent fixes to prevent issue recurrence.
• Collaborate with global bank clients to ensure system stability and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of OFSAA implementations post go-live.
• Mentor junior team members and document best practices for production support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in OFSAA support and implementations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle database, PL/SQL, and related technologies.
• Proven L3 support experience with high-priority production incidents.
• Experience leading RCA processes and delivering permanent solutions.
• Familiarity with financial services applications for global banking clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
