Overview

Staff Consultants in Production Support join Oracle's team in Bengaluru to provide critical support for banking applications. Associates collaborate closely with Level 2 teams and infrastructure groups to ensure high system availability and resolve production issues efficiently. Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues in banking applications 24/7.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Level 2 teams for escalations and advanced diagnostics.
• Coordinate with infrastructure support to maintain system availability.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and runbooks.
• Handle incident management using ITIL processes.
• Perform proactive health checks and performance tuning.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production support for enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, middleware, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting (Shell/Python).
• Experience with banking or financial applications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
