Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Alliance Director for our Advisory & Selection Program to build and manage relationships with independent ERP consulting firms across North America. The mission is to increase referrals and selections by fostering positive relationships and boosting mindshare through education, co-marketing, and strategic introductions with NetSuite and our ecosystem partners. You will collaborate directly with these firms, NetSuite sales teams, and partners to expand our ecosystem relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent ERP consulting firms across North America.
  • Drive increased referrals and selections through targeted relationship-building initiatives.
  • Enhance mindshare via educational programs, webinars, and thought leadership content.
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns and joint events with partner firms.
  • Facilitate introductions to NetSuite sales teams and extended ecosystem partners.
  • Collaborate with NetSuite sales and partner teams to align on ecosystem goals.
  • Track and report on alliance performance metrics, including referral volume and win rates.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic consulting firm partners to expand the program.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in strategic alliances, partner management, or ERP ecosystem development.
  • Proven track record building relationships with ERP consulting firms.
  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite, ERP solutions, and the North American consulting landscape.
  • Strong experience in co-marketing, education programs, and partner enablement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
