Oracle is seeking a Student/Intern Legal Partner for a discovery internship (Stage de découverte) with our Legal Partner France team in Colombes, France. This role offers hands-on exposure to legal operations, contract management, and compliance in a dynamic tech environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting basic legal documents and contracts.
• Support compliance monitoring and regulatory research for French operations.
• Help organize legal files and maintain document databases.
• Collaborate with the team on IP protection and licensing matters.
• Participate in legal risk assessments for business initiatives.
• Conduct basic legal research on data privacy (GDPR) and tech regulations.
• Shadow negotiations and prepare summaries of meetings.
• Contribute to internal legal training materials and communications.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a law program (Bachelor/Master) in France.
• Strong interest in corporate law, tech law, or compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken French; English proficiency required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal tech tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
