Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing programs, from RFPs to contract negotiations.

• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans for global supplier portfolios.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining supply reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement continuous improvement programs.

• Oversee program timelines, budgets, and deliverables for hardware sourcing projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or supplier sourcing.
• Proven track record managing complex hardware sourcing programs at scale.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with global supplier contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor and hardware supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent program management skills with tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
