Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s (OCI) architecture development engineering team seeks a highly skilled Principal Program Manager to lead GPU Platform and Infrastructure projects. In this role, you will align priorities across teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive end-to-end execution of complex AI-driven products. Responsibilities

• Define and manage program roadmaps for GPU platform and infrastructure initiatives.
• Align priorities and resources across engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and risks.
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex, high-impact projects from inception to delivery.
• Track program metrics, milestones, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to accelerate GPU data center deployments.
• Facilitate regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in cloud infrastructure or hardware platforms.
• Proven track record managing large-scale GPU or AI infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics in data center environments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and program management tools (Jira, Asana).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
