Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s (OCI) architecture development engineering team seeks a highly skilled Principal Program Manager to lead GPU Platform and Infrastructure projects. Align priorities across teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive end-to-end execution of complex AI data center products. Responsibilities

• Define and manage program roadmaps for GPU platform and infrastructure initiatives.
• Align priorities and resolve conflicts among engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale GPU data center projects.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track program metrics.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive leadership.
• Lead resource allocation and capacity planning for GPU infrastructure programs.
• Champion continuous improvement in program management processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in cloud infrastructure or hardware.
• Proven track record managing complex, high-stakes technology programs.
• Deep understanding of GPU platforms, data centers, and AI infrastructure.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred.
