Overview

We are seeking a System Analyst 2-IT with 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting charge capture and downstream revenue processes in the Oracle Health Millennium platform. You will configure charge components, troubleshoot billing discrepancies, and collaborate with IT and revenue cycle teams to optimize end-to-end workflows. Ensure compliance, validate data flows, and address issues impacting revenue and claim processing.

Responsibilities

• Configure charge components and services within Oracle Health Millennium.
• Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and revenue cycle issues.
• Support revenue optimization initiatives and charge capture processes.
• Interpret service requests and translate complex charge rules.
• Validate data flows across integrated applications and systems.
• Ensure compliance with billing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and revenue cycle teams for seamless workflows.
• Address issues impacting revenue integrity and timely claim processing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Health Millennium charge services.
• Strong knowledge of charge capture and downstream revenue processes.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Oracle Millennium modules.
• Experience validating data flows and ensuring billing compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for billing and revenue discrepancies.
• Ability to collaborate across IT and business teams in India location.
