Oracle Health Federal Operations is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator 2 (Linux/Unix) to support our Federal System Operations. In this role, you will manage Linux/Unix environments, ensure system reliability, and contribute to healthcare analytics initiatives for federal clients. Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux/Unix servers in a federal environment.
• Perform system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Implement security patches, updates, and compliance measures.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
• Automate tasks using scripting (Bash, Python) and configuration tools.
• Collaborate with teams to support Oracle Health applications.
• Document processes and provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Linux/Unix systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat, CentOS, or Oracle Linux.
• Experience with federal security standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
• Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet).
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and Health applications preferred.
• Active security clearance or eligibility required.
