Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve customer-reported issues with Oracle software products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, middleware, and applications.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; ability to work in Mexico.
