Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Oracle products, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Analyze customer environments to diagnose and resolve system problems efficiently.

• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Advocate for customers by relaying feedback to product development teams.
• Deliver proactive support through health checks and performance optimizations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, applications, or cloud services.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, or relevant programming/scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights/weekends.
