Position Overview

As a Talent Advisor - Recruiter (Contract to Hire), you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to support Oracle's rapid growth in India. This position offers an exciting opportunity to partner with hiring managers across various business units, leveraging strategic sourcing techniques to build high-performing teams. Starting as a contract role, this position has strong potential to transition to a permanent hire based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify top-tier candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for technical and cultural alignment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition approval to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles in engineering, sales, and product management
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress and reporting metrics
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Analyze recruitment data to optimize sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire
  • Organize and coordinate virtual and on-site interview panels with global teams
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to advise on compensation benchmarking

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles in IT/software industry
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Boolean search techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Right to work in India without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software companies
  • Familiarity with Oracle's product portfolio or similar technology stacks
  • Certification in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP) or equivalent
  • Experience with diversity sourcing and inclusive hiring practices
  • Knowledge of Indian employment laws and compliance requirements
