Overview

We’re hiring a Talent Analytics Specialist (contractor role) to join Oracle’s Global Talent Acquisition team in the United States. Passionate about turning data into actionable insights? You’ll leverage analytics and innovative technologies to shape how we attract and grow talent worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Analyze talent acquisition data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle Analytics.
• Collaborate with TA leaders to translate business needs into data-driven strategies.
• Conduct statistical analysis on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Build predictive models to forecast hiring needs and optimize talent pipelines.
• Create compelling data stories and presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Partner with IT and HR tech teams to enhance data collection and reporting systems.
• Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to drive TA process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, talent acquisition analytics, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments; Oracle or tech industry a plus.
