Responsibilities

• Analyze talent acquisition data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement AI-powered models for predictive hiring analytics and candidate sourcing.
• Create compelling data visualizations and storytelling dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with TA leaders to translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies.
• Leverage machine learning tools to optimize sourcing channels and candidate experience.
• Conduct A/B testing on recruitment processes and measure impact using advanced metrics.
• Build and maintain talent analytics reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in HR analytics, AI, and talent acquisition best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, talent acquisition analytics, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and predictive analytics in recruitment.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a passion for innovation in talent acquisition.
