Overview

Oracle is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to join our Talent Development team as a Principal Consultant. In this role, you will provide role-specific education, foster community engagement, and lead knowledge initiatives within Health Consulting. Drive innovation and excellence in talent development through strategic integration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive education programs on integration architecture for Health Consulting teams.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and webinars to upskill talent in Oracle integration technologies.
• Build and nurture professional communities around integration best practices and emerging trends.
• Develop training curricula focused on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Fusion Middleware, and SOA solutions.
• Collaborate with consulting leaders to align talent development with client project needs in healthcare.
• Mentor junior architects and consultants on complex integration patterns and implementations.
• Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, case studies, and reusable assets.
• Measure program effectiveness and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Integration Architect, with expertise in Oracle technologies.
• Proven track record in healthcare consulting or similar industry verticals.
• Strong skills in Oracle Cloud, API management, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
