Overview

The Tech Solutions Engineer (TSE) Intern role assists the TSE team in delivering technical solutions and supporting Tech Sales Representatives at Oracle in Johannesburg. Interns serve as a knowledge hub for Oracle products and services, driving opportunity generation and boosting team efficiency. This 12-month program offers hands-on experience in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Support TSE team in developing and demonstrating technical solutions for clients.
• Assist Tech Sales Representatives with product knowledge and opportunity qualification.
• Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Research customer requirements and map them to Oracle solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base updates.
• Participate in customer workshops and solution presentations.
• Analyze feedback to improve solution delivery processes.
• Collaborate on internal projects to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, databases, or enterprise software.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Available for a 12-month full-time internship in Johannesburg.
