Job Description

Overview

This role partners with project and leadership teams to develop and execute strategies using Oracle OCI expertise in SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS. As a trusted advisor, you act as a liaison between customers and Oracle's implementation, support, and development teams. Drive best practices to maximize the value of Oracle products and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on OCI SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS products.
  • Partner with customer leadership to influence strategy development and execution.
  • Act as trusted advisor, bridging customers and Oracle teams.
  • Implement best practices to enhance Oracle product value.
  • Support project teams in technical and business decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and Oracle support/development.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer usage of OCI services.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in cloud technologies, preferably OCI.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record as technical advisor in enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with Oracle products and customer success strategies.
