Job Description

Overview

This role partners with project and leadership teams to develop and execute strategies using deep expertise in Oracle OCI products (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS). As a trusted advisor, you will act as a liaison between customers and Oracle's implementation, support, and development teams. Your focus will be implementing best practices to maximize the value of Oracle Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on OCI SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS products to influence customer strategy.
  • Act as trusted advisor and primary liaison between customers and Oracle teams.
  • Support project teams in strategy development and execution.
  • Drive adoption of Oracle best practices to enhance product value.
  • Collaborate with Oracle implementation, support, and development teams.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize customer cloud environments.
  • Deliver technical guidance and troubleshooting for OCI deployments.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to ensure success and growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in cloud technologies, preferably Oracle OCI.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS services.
  • Proven track record as technical advisor in enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
