Overview

The Technical Account Manager (Specialist) serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Oracle’s most complex customer accounts. This role combines deep expertise in Oracle products—including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and OCI—with advanced account management to drive customer success, project execution, and sustained service adoption. As a strategist, collaborator, problem solver, and advocate, you ensure both organizational and customer goals are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic customer accounts.
  • Deliver tailored business and technical solutions leveraging Oracle’s SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and OCI offerings.
  • Drive customer success through proactive account management and adoption strategies.
  • Lead complex project executions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to resolve escalations.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize customer value and long-term retention.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and services.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical account management or customer success roles.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud products (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, OCI).
  • Proven track record managing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to architect cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
