Overview

Oracle Multi-Cloud Technical Account Manager (TAM) supports multi-cloud customers with deep expertise in multi-cloud technologies and processes. This role involves proactive technical guidance, ensuring optimal cloud adoption, performance, and customer success. TAMs excel in executive-level communication and collaboration to drive strategic cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical advisor for assigned multi-cloud customer accounts.
• Lead architecture reviews and optimization recommendations across OCI, AWS, Azure, and other clouds.
• Proactively identify risks, performance issues, and opportunities for cloud value realization.
• Collaborate with Oracle sales, support, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of Oracle Cloud services and multi-cloud best practices.
• Conduct workshops, proof-of-concepts, and technical roadmapping sessions.
• Report on customer health, usage metrics, and success outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud computing, with multi-cloud (OCI, AWS, Azure) experience.
• Proven track record as TAM, Cloud Architect, or Solutions Engineer.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and cost optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; certifications preferred (OCP, AWS, Azure).
