Job Description

Overview

Oracle is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for CSS in Dubai, UAE, to help customers maximize the business value of their Oracle investments. The TAM will drive desired business outcomes while minimizing risk through proactive technical guidance and support. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and ensuring successful adoption of Oracle solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical advisor for assigned Oracle customers, understanding their business goals and technical environment.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to optimize Oracle product usage and achieve key business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify risks, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement in customer environments.
  • Collaborate with Oracle product teams to deliver tailored solutions, patches, and upgrades.
  • Conduct technical reviews, health checks, and roadmap planning sessions with customers.
  • Facilitate issue resolution by coordinating with support, development, and field teams.
  • Drive customer success metrics, adoption rates, and value realization reporting.
  • Maintain detailed account documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, pre-sales, or consulting with enterprise software.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle technologies (Cloud, Database, Fusion Applications, or Middleware).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with complex, mission-critical systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for C-level and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel within UAE and regionally as needed; UAE residency preferred.
