We provide enterprise-grade, end-to-end managed cloud services across applications, middleware, database, and hardware. Join our team as a Technical Account Representative for OCI in Gurugram, leveraging industry-leading expertise to drive customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for OCI and ExaCS customers, ensuring optimal service delivery and operations.
  • Proactively manage customer accounts, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance cloud adoption.
  • Deliver technical guidance on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) deployments, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate as needed.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and performance optimizations for customer environments.
  • Drive customer success metrics, including adoption, utilization, and satisfaction (CSAT) goals.
  • Support migration and modernization initiatives from on-premises to OCI and ExaCS platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through expert advisory services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery, operations, or technical account management with Oracle products (OCI, ExaCS).
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, databases, and middleware technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise customer relationships and driving success outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in cloud troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at executive levels.
