Overview

Arcos Dorados, the world's largest independent McDonald's franchisee, seeks a Technical Account Representative (TAM) specialized in Oracle ERP for our Buenos Aires office. In this role, you will manage technical support and optimization for Oracle ERP systems, ensuring seamless operations for our Latin American operations. Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical liaison for Oracle ERP clients, providing proactive account management and support.
• Monitor and optimize Oracle ERP performance, resolving issues and implementing enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy ERP updates and custom configurations.
• Conduct regular health checks, audits, and performance tuning for Oracle ERP environments.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on Oracle ERP best practices for end-users.
• Manage incident resolution, escalations, and root cause analysis for ERP-related problems.
• Drive adoption of new Oracle ERP features and modules aligned with business needs.
• Prepare technical reports, roadmaps, and recommendations for ERP roadmap optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP support, implementation, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, Fusion Cloud, or similar ERP modules.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with ITIL or similar frameworks.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
