Overview

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to join our team onsite in Columbia, MO, supporting Oracle Health’s Radiology and PACS applications. This role requires a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and collaboration with clinical and IT teams to ensure system stability, performance, and optimization. Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot Oracle Health Radiology and PACS applications for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to gather requirements and resolve imaging workflow issues.
• Perform system configurations, upgrades, and patches for PACS and related radiology systems.
• Analyze system logs and metrics to identify and mitigate potential issues proactively.
• Support integration of PACS with other Oracle Health and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for radiology applications and processes.
• Assist in user training and provide ongoing support for radiology end-users.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with PACS, radiology systems, or healthcare IT applications.
• Proficiency in Oracle Health technologies and SQL database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Excellent communication skills for working with clinical and IT teams.
• Experience with HL7, DICOM standards, and healthcare imaging workflows preferred.
