Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst 2-Support in India to provide expert technical support for Oracle products and services. Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve customer-reported technical issues in Oracle applications and databases.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring problems.
• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and track product defects.
• Deliver proactive support through knowledge base updates and customer training.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for Oracle Cloud and on-premise environments.
• Handle escalations from junior support staff and manage high-priority incidents.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support cases and resolutions.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous support availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical support, preferably with Oracle products.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, Fusion Applications, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
