Overview

As a Technical Analyst 3-Support in Oracle's Support organization based in Bengaluru, India, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for their needs. Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Oracle products, troubleshooting complex customer issues.
• Analyze logs, reproduce bugs, and deliver solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve product defects.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, scripts, and diagnostic tools.
• Handle escalations from junior analysts and manage critical customer cases.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
• Deliver proactive support through health checks and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support or software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database, middleware, or cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, Linux/Unix, and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment (3 days/week in Bengaluru).
