Position Overview

As a Technical Analyst 3-Support (SuiteCloud) in our Makati, Metro Manila office, you will provide advanced technical support for Oracle's SuiteCloud platform, troubleshooting complex customer issues in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and expertise in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and integration/web services concepts to ensure seamless customer experiences. Ideal candidates thrive in collaborative settings, ready to tackle challenging support scenarios while contributing to product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SuiteCloud platform for enterprise customers
  • Analyze customer-reported problems using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL to identify root causes
  • Develop and test custom scripts and solutions within SuiteCloud environments
  • Collaborate with development teams to replicate issues and propose enhancements
  • Provide detailed technical guidance and knowledge transfer to customers via support tickets and calls
  • Monitor system performance and integration points using web services and APIs
  • Document resolutions, workarounds, and best practices in the knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support critical customer incidents
  • Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to preventive measures for recurring issues
  • Mentor junior analysts on SuiteCloud troubleshooting techniques and tools

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or software troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS for front-end development and debugging
  • Strong SQL skills for querying databases and analyzing data issues
  • Familiarity with integration concepts, RESTful web services, and APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with global customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 support model

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or SuiteCloud platform
  • Knowledge of SuiteScript and SuiteFlow for customizations
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and AWS services
  • Certification in Oracle NetSuite or related technologies
  • Experience with debugging tools like browser developer consoles and Postman
