As a Technical Analyst 4-Support in Oracle's Support organization, you will deliver exceptional post-sales support and solutions to our global customer base. Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Oracle products, resolving complex customer issues efficiently.
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot software and hardware problems using diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve critical bugs and enhancements.
• Deliver proactive support through knowledge base updates, best practices, and training materials.
• Manage customer cases from initial report through resolution, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for Oracle cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 global customer needs.
• Contribute to support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or systems administration.
• Deep expertise in Oracle technologies (e.g., Database, Fusion Middleware, Cloud Infrastructure).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Linux/Unix, and scripting languages (Python/Bash).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
