Overview

Oracle is seeking a Technical Program Manager 3-ProdDev to lead the development and implementation of the Oracle Health Medical Device Compliance Program. This role involves overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with medical device regulations while driving timely product delivery. Based in India, you will bridge technical development with regulatory requirements to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development lifecycle of the Medical Device Compliance Program.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to define project scopes and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to FDA, ISO 13485, and other global medical device regulations.
• Develop and track program roadmaps, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting on program status and metrics.
• Drive process improvements for compliance integration in product development.
• Conduct audits and prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of compliance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally in healthcare or medtech.
• Proven knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA, EU MDR, ISO standards).
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
