Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a data-fluent Technical Program Manager/Data Engineer for our fast-paced analytics team. You will provide data-driven decision support for OCI’s largest products and programs, owning key portions of our data ecosystem. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data engineering programs for OCI’s core products and initiatives.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and program execution.
• Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies in a high-velocity environment.
• Implement data quality controls, monitoring, and governance best practices.
• Drive adoption of modern data technologies and tools within OCI.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of data excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or program management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, GCP).
• Proven track record managing complex technical programs in fast-paced settings.
• Expertise in ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
