Overview

The Technical Program Manager – BADGE & BADGE-DC Application(s) (IC4) reports to the Director of Products and Services and drives strategic planning and program management for Oracle’s Physical Security Identity Access Management (PIAM) systems, BADGE and BADGE-DC. This role collaborates closely with OAL HCM and OCI hyperscale teams to align the BADGE application roadmap with long-term requirements and evolving priorities of OCI hyperscale sites. The position is based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and program management for BADGE and BADGE-DC PIAM systems.
• Collaborate with OAL HCM and OCI hyperscale teams to define long-term requirements.
• Develop and maintain the BADGE application roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver program milestones on time and within budget.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for PIAM initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in security access management processes and tools.
• Communicate program status, progress, and issues to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle security standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program/project management.
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise applications and cloud programs.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM/PIAM) systems.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or hyperscale environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
