Overview

The Technical Program Manager – Biometrics leads the strategic direction, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Oracle’s global biometric programs. This role ensures biometric technologies at Oracle sites are robust, secure, scalable, and aligned with business, security, and regulatory demands. The Program Manager drives cross-functional collaboration to integrate emerging technologies, streamline operations, and enhance global privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global biometric technology roadmap and strategic vision.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of biometric systems deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and business teams for seamless integration.
• Ensure compliance with international privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
• Identify and mitigate risks in biometric technology implementations.
• Drive vendor selection, contracts, and partnerships for biometric solutions.
• Monitor program performance metrics and optimize for scalability and efficiency.
• Champion innovation in biometric technologies to enhance security and user experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years in biometrics or identity management.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs globally.
• Deep knowledge of biometric technologies (fingerprint, facial, iris recognition).
• Strong understanding of privacy laws, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
