Overview

The Technical Program Manager – Video Management Systems (VMS) leads the strategic direction, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Oracle’s global VMS portfolio. This role ensures video technologies at OCI hyperscale sites are robust, secure, scalable, and aligned with business, security, and regulatory demands. The Program Manager drives cross-functional collaboration to integrate emerging technologies, streamline operations, and enhance global compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for Oracle’s VMS hardware portfolio across global OCI sites.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure video management solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations to integrate emerging camera and VMS technologies.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Ensure compliance with global privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements for video systems.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in system performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to align VMS initiatives with Oracle’s broader cloud infrastructure goals.
• Track program metrics, report progress to leadership, and foster operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in hardware or video systems.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs in hyperscale or cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of video management systems, camera hardware, and related security technologies.
• Strong understanding of global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence without authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
