Overview

Oracle is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Data Center Infrastructure Delivery in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. In this end-to-end role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical data center infrastructure projects. Drive cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deployments supporting Oracle's cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure projects, from inception to commissioning.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to define project scopes and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and track program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs for infrastructure expansions.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including executive reporting and issue resolution.
• Implement best practices for data center construction, power, cooling, and networking systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for large-scale deployments.
• Mentor junior program managers and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with 5+ in data centers or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of data center technologies (power, HVAC, racks, networking).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and Agile methodologies.
