Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program packaging and execution for technical initiatives.
• Develop and deliver executive MBR/QBR decks and stakeholder reports.
• Create compelling customer-facing presentations and market insights.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Drive program summaries and status updates for leadership visibility.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cloud operations and customer teams to achieve delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a TPM in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven expertise in program management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Strong skills in executive reporting, slide decks (PowerPoint/Keynote), and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience driving alignment in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
