Overview

Reporting to the Director of Security Products and Services, the Technical Program Manager – Rack Level Protection orchestrates, automates, and governs all aspects of Oracle’s rack-level protection systems. This role ensures compliance, resilience, and innovation in data center security at scale across global facilities. Drive cross-functional collaboration to safeguard critical infrastructure against evolving threats.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for rack-level protection initiatives, from design to deployment.
• Develop and automate governance frameworks to enforce security compliance at scale.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to integrate protection systems.
• Monitor system performance, resilience, and incident response for data center racks.
• Drive innovation in rack protection technologies, including AI/ML-based threat detection.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multi-million-dollar security programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for rack-level vulnerabilities.
• Report program status, metrics, and roadmaps to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in technical program management, ideally in data center security or infrastructure.
• Proven experience with rack-level hardware, networking, and security systems.
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Expertise in automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., OCI, AWS).
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
