Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Threat and Vulnerability Management in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate security threats and vulnerabilities across OCI's global cloud platform. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance security posture, ensuring compliance and resilience against evolving cyber risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute threat and vulnerability management programs for OCI services.
• Coordinate vulnerability scanning, prioritization, and remediation efforts across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with security engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define risk mitigation strategies.
• Track program metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Manage third-party risk assessments and vendor security evaluations.
• Lead incident response planning and tabletop exercises for vulnerability scenarios.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline threat detection and patching processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, threat management, or program management.
• Proven track record managing vulnerability management programs in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of threat modeling, CVEs, and exploit frameworks.
• Excellent project management skills with tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or OCI; certifications like CISSP, CISM, or PMP a plus.
