Overview

This Technical Project Manager (TPM)-Application Delivery will manage technical delivery and feature enhancement of enterprise-scale access control and biometric systems. The role ensures Oracle’s security systems at hyperscale sites keep pace with business and operational needs. It supports compliance and security best practices across global operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for access control and biometric system enhancements, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure on-time, high-quality feature releases.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders at hyperscale sites to align delivery with business priorities.
• Drive agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for development teams.
• Monitor project health using metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide executive updates.
• Ensure adherence to security compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate vendor integrations and third-party biometric solution evaluations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in enterprise software delivery.
• Proven track record managing access control, biometric, or physical security systems projects.
• Strong understanding of agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with hyperscale environments, cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS), and security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
