Overview

This Technical Project Manager (TPM) - Hardware Delivery will oversee the delivery, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of self-service badging kiosks, printers, and visitor management hardware at Oracle’s Colo, hyperscale, and corporate sites. The role ensures seamless hardware integration across global locations, driving operational efficiency and security compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for badging kiosks, printers, and visitor management hardware across Oracle sites.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, configuration, and timely deployment.
• Manage lifecycle activities including installation, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, security, and operations teams for seamless integration.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor hardware performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Provide status reporting, stakeholder communication, and post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in hardware deployment projects.
• Proven track record managing hardware lifecycle in data centers or enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of badging systems, printers, kiosks, and visitor management solutions.
• Excellent project management skills with tools like Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
• Ability to travel to Colo, hyperscale, and corporate sites as needed.
